Cost, Slight AF sluggishness, Focus selector pokes out too far

Looks, grip feel, design, and form & function especially their full matrix metering system.

Cost, extremely fast for only AF-s lenses, motor drive grip is now optional, battery lcd sometimes shows like dummy.
