I have had to return this to Staple's twice n... 

Size, weight, 1 gig RAM, 120 gig hard drive, web cam, looks, nice sized keyboard, solid build, actually includes a sleeve to protect finish (won't protect from drops)

no web cam software, glossy finish means more fingerprints, speakers have bad sound quality (not that I expected Bose sound)

Small, lightweight, solid keyboard, handles YouTube very well, built in apps are easy to navigate.

OS is built against tweakers, shoddy microphone software, mouse keys take some getting used to, but aren't too bad, overall.
