I'll add that the SoundMagic and H2O Audio models are noise-isolating, which is good for indoor running and exercise. The Sennheiser models don't form a seal in the ear canal so they allow outside noise in, which is better for outdoor exercise... such as needing to be able to hear traffic around you.
