We suspect bandwidth limitations will only ever come into play if huge file transfers occurred simultaneously over the Ethernet port and USB 2.0 ports to an external hard drive for example.
Worth your time if you find yourself running short of ports on your notebook.
Connection to the intended notebook occurs over a single USB2.0 port, which the Dicota Harbour 2.0 will happily draw power from when it is available. Speed over the Dicota Harbour 2.0's Ethernet port was well up to 10/100Mbps PCI card standards...
