The Aurvana X-Fi headphones are a set of noise-cancelling over-ear from Creative. The X-Fis are priced at $300, which puts them in the price range of other noise-cancellers. Though they have a similar price, the X-Fis have more features than the ...
On the downside, the X-Fi headphones aren't particularly comfortable when worn for long periods of time, such as stretches of three hours or more. If you're just planning on watching a movie, it's not bad -- additionally, the X-Fis' long cord makes ...

Block out the sounds you don't want to hear, and improve the ones you do.
Great noise cancellation. Excellent sound quality.
Big and bulky. Can't fold. Some audio leakage.
. For $300, you can get a great pair of noise-canceling headphones from Bose or some other manufacturer. Or for $300, you can get a great pair of noise-canceling headphones that also make your music sound better. You decide.
But we found Creative¡¯s Aurvana X-Fi headphones just as good. The sound quality from the Aurvana without the X-Fi Crystalizer is clear and complete, with effective but not-too-heavy bass, warm midtones, and sweet-sounding high notes....
Funny really. A less 'creative'-looking pair of headphones would be hard to imagine: dull, plastic-looking and silver has been the headphone design staple for years. The Aurvana, however, does hide a secret weapon in that bland exterior: X-Fi circuitry!
Exceptional audio quality. Funky X-Fi technology
They're heavy and not exactly eye-pleasing
They're ugly and heavy, but the Creative Aurvana X-Fis sound like they've been sent by Buddha himself.
In-ear headphones that promise to offer better sound quality than its older sibling - EP 630
Slightly sharp mids and treble
Improve the quality of sound coming from your iPod, with a full-size set of headphones. We take a look at six of the best models on the market.
If money is no object then we'd recommend Creative's Aurvana X-Fi headphones. We were also interested in the more expensive Aurvana headphones from Creative Labs. The Aurvana headphones are fairly expensive though.
Multi-functional, noise-cancelling, and a tech-geek's deligh, the Aurvana X-Fi headphones splice together some of Creative's top techy features. But are they as good as some of their more expensive brethren?
Splicing the visual DNA of the Sennheiser PXC 450 with a pair of DJ headphones from Argos, these noise cancellers from Creative are festooned with buttons, blue LEDs and impressive-sounding features such as "X-Fi Crystalizer" sound processing and ...
Like most such technologies, the two sonic processors on here are a bit of a waste of time. The X-Fi arguably adds a bit of body to lacklustre, low bitrate MP3s but you shouldn't be using 128Kbps rips with your £200 headphones anyway. The CMSS-3D may ...
Installing the Aurvana X-Fi is quite particular. Although not capable of operating in wireless mode, it includes two AAA batteries in the left atrium. The latter are used in reality to enable dynamic management functions integrated into the headphone soun...
Upscale Aurvana in the series, the X-Fi headphones from Creative multiplies electronic processes to achieve a quality
The Aurvana X-Fi, Creative, is a helmet high-end stereo system with a reduction of ambient noise .
