The Iriver E100 is packed with pretty much every feature in the book--photo and video playback, an FM radio, all recording capabilities, compatibility with both Windows and Mac, extensive audio file format support, bookmarking, microSD card expansion, eve...
The Iriver E100 has a cheap, plastic feel, and the interface is very basic. The clickpad is not totally responsive, and some navigation is sluggish. D-Click navigation isn't optimal for the control pad setup. No integrated podcast support.
The E100, Iriver's first true U.S. release since the second-gen Clix, falls a bit flat, but it's not the worst budget option on the market. Click pad irritation We wouldn't necessarily say that the Iriver E100 completely fails in the design...
This slickly styled player is easy on the eyes, but it's simply frustrating to use.
Slick design. microSD slot. Strong file support. FM radio and recording. Voice recording and line-in recording.
Photos and video don't look so great on the not-so-sharp screen. Uninspired user interface. Difficult navigation. Many settings and options are difficult to find.
iriver knows how to make good portable media players, like the venerable Clix and the Clix gen 2, so the E100 is a bit of a disappointment. It worksjust not gracefully or intuitively.
For product support, visit http://www.iriver.com/support/ask.aspCompare the iriver E100 with several other MP3 Players side by side The fun factor isn't so important in, say, a lawnmower or a dishwasher, but a portable media player should be fun...
Despite their underdog status, iriver continues to impress with their ever expanding and evolving line of digital toys. I have generally been a fan of their various digital players and often refer...
Cheap! Impressive sound quality, Loaded with features, Quality screen and video playback, Good battery life,
Unintuitive interface, Poor button response, Dated, clunky design,
A handful of good features gets swamped by this device's major shortcomings.
Mic and line-level input, MicroSD memory slot, OGG and FLAC support.
Crappy display, problematic software, sloppy buttons.
IRiver¡¯s new E100 digital media player offers a several terrific features, including a MicroSD memory slot, FLAC and OGG support, and the ability to record audio (there¡¯s a built-in mic and a line-level input). In this mode, however, you can¡¯t...

The iRiver E100 is a decent choice for people who want a ton of features in an easy-to-use package, but if you're after speedy navigation or top-notch sound quality, look elsewhere.

The iRiver E100 portable media player is no ordinary MP3 player since it packs in the following :- Stereo speakers Integrated FM radio microSD memory card slot Line-in D-Click system 2.4" TFT LCD screenAvailable in 4GB and 8GB versions, the iRiver E100...
The E100 handles lots of media types, but falls short in playback quality and usability.
Competitive price, Versatile media player
Unintuitive interface, Mediocre audio
iRiver makes some slick and stylish portable music and media players, but the E100 isn't at the top of the list. Between its unprepossessing industrial design, ho-hum audio, and difficult user interface, I didn't find much to recommend it
With its cream-colored plastic casing and minimalist controls (the entire area beneath the 2.4-inch display is a four-way mechanical rocker with a small center button), iRiver's E100 resembles a slightly overweight Apple Nano--or maybe a small......

If you're not fussed about Apple's iPod range, the iRiver E100 offers great sound quality, simple operation and a pleasant design for not a lot of dosh. Providing both music and video capabilities, this player will reward you with some great features and
Sound quality; price; simple operation; easy line-in recording; excellent internal microphone
Screen quality; video performance; navigation pad is unresponsive at times; microSD contents not imported into main library
The iRiver E100 is a nice player with excellent sound quality and a good price. We feel it's still inferior to Creative's Zen or Apple's iPod nano in terms of screen quality, but its painfully simple operation makes it a good choice for MP3 newbies or App...
The Samsung R700 is an exciting prospect for several reasons. Firstly, it's large and powerful enough to replace your existing desktop PC. Secondly, it's relatively inexpensive -- just ? or ? if you buy the slightly more advanced R700 T8100 model...
