Arcsoft Photostudio 6 is a cost-effective program that offers a fairly good library of photo-editing and creative tools for hobbyist photographers.

Of course, PhotoStudio is no Photoshop. But Arcsoft Photostudio 6 remains a gem of cost-effective photo editing, and it handles the tasks of greatest interest to consumer photographers fairly well.
