The latest member of the Linksys family of business-class Voice over IP (VoIP) handsets, the SPA962 is a robust and professional-looking device with a clear colour display and support for up to six extensions.

The LinkSys SPA941 has some excellent usability features and is also a very attractive VoIP phone, although these good looks come at a premium price.

Didn't need 4 hours of tech support to find out that it can't connect with every bluetooth device.

Stays connected.

HAve to get it to connect. Doesn't work with bluetooth headsets typically. Works good with my phone though. So, didnt cut a corner on skype phone headset until I orderred a specific headset designed and certified for it.

This is a very good item, but I have had issues with Linksys equipment because of their software. YMMV, of course.

The unit works well after configured and I just left it plugged into a usb port and it works fine.
