The board keeps you honest due to it's sensitivity. I have done these positions in class and git by very well. The board adds a degree of difficulty. Combine this with a cardio workout, such as cycling, and you have a full workout.
The BMI is a joke. I am 5'4" and weigh 195. This makes me obese. I have a 48' chest and a 34" waist. I am naturally muscled. I don't lift weights and have a body fat percentage of around 21%. While this is high, it is not obese.
