Good picture and sound. I want to like this product except for the complete lack of support.
Just be aware that no one seems to support this product if you have a problem. Plextor's website has nothing but advertising and a very basic FAQ. They don't even list any drivers. This product causes my Thinkpad T61 to crash and there doesn't seem to be
