An informative asset

This neat gadget provides useful and interesting data, particularly for me as I have heart problems. It is unobtrusive to wear, easy to operate and good value for the money.

Not just for the sporty!

I am not, under any description, sporty or exercise minded. I bought the Fitbit as an easy way of monitoring my general everyday movement and sleep (as a person with health problems). It's more than done this - it encourages you to do more and rewards...
