Airforce 12000BTU AIR Conditioner

This unit is being used to cool a third floor bedroom (that is 21x12 with a long hallway and bath included). It does a great job, remote works great, not too loud at all -

I've noticed some minor advertising discrepancies between the PDF/Product manual and the site advertisement, the unit is actually a 12,000 BTU Air Conditioner with a 10,000 to 11,000 BTU heat function.

I think This product works well, there are some things that should be pointed out. The hose that leads to the window flange does get hot enough that you would make sure to keep away from wall so your paint does not get distorted. There is no fire risk...
