Works fine as expected. Good price.

I think this A/C & heater is not for everyone. If you are expecting this to be whisper-quiet then don't get one. However, it is not that loud either. My unit sits about 8 feet from my bed and I sleep just fine. I can barely notice the compressor coming...

Good unit for the price. Powerful fan.

Confusing remote labeling. Fan could've used a lower speed setting. Poor exhaust attachment design.

Blessed Relief

I bought one of these 2 years ago and have been very happy with it. I got it after sending back three other air conditioners (of another brand) that didn't allow for water overflow and caused floods on my carpet. This one has a little plastic pipe that...

Provides for drainage of excess water.

Needs a stand to allow drainage to larger pan than that provided.
