Review's at the bottom, first let me explain why it was so needed: From what I've read, the best a portable air conditioner can be expected to do is to cool a single room or supplement existing a/c. Hearing this and after reading a few negative reviews...

Cools fast. Wheels.

A bit loud, but it's white noise. Only low or high speed.
