Way too much work to install this noisy, inefficient substitute for an in-window AC unit. Heat exhaust pipe pumped more hot air into the room than the compressor removed. Returned product to seller.

Still kicking myself for getting this. It's downright ugly to look at and it's so weak it barely emits cold air. The customer support for the brand is also non-existent. Big regret.
