For years we used 10000 btu units to cool our studio apartments because the formulas say it's just the right size. These Frigidaire 14000 units work better and are quiet and may even be saving a bit on electricity, despite the greater cooling capacity.

All accessories for a complete and easy install. It only has two fan speeds, low and high. Low is Loud but really blows hard. High is very loud and blows even harder. I would get 3 fan speeds next time.
