I purchased this air conditioner Sharp CV-P10MX only 3 months ago from futureshop in Ottawa, Canada and used it very little all of sudden stopped cooling and started to make sound like a tractor.

ahhh finally a great A/C that can cool my 12' X 12' technology packed HOT, HOT room, so fast!! there are many computers and large monitors/TVs etc. it gets toasty...feels great finally having an A/C that cools this oven!!

Wrong color. Says it's white but looks very gray. One side of the wheels to adjust the vents is very hard to move and the air conditioner looks uneven. It's very noisey when turned on high. Would not buy this again.
