You can barely hear it & it actually is collecting the dust. I checked it & actually found a good layer of dust inside. I cleared it off & when I checked it later (a week) a nice layer of dust again! I love this machine!

Very quite and efficient so far. I vacuum the front filter weekly. It is hard to tell how effective that it is. So far I recommend it.

Works as described except that the calibration was significantly off, so much so that it could only partially be corrected with the calibration function. The calibration function only lets you calibrate +/- 10%. But for $30, it's pretty good.

Still gets hot to touch and that should be expected Bc it is a heater. Do not like who it randomly will make noise when it rotates, so to solve that we don't let it rotate.

This came in super handy over the summer for our bedroom. It was able to keep our fairly large bed room or living room cool and isn't that noisy. The window vent is a bit flimsy which is my only complaint, but it is better than an in-window AC for sure.
