would only do a 12x12 room

portable sounds like a nice idea. But the reality is that it will only do one room and won't migrate out of a doorway or into other rooms.

lots of output

will not do the area it says it can

Does not cool amount of room that it advertises.

Did not cool the amount of space it had adverstised. Had to use regular fan in front of air conditioner to blow air around room to circulate what cool air there was. Is easy to use and get running, but the temperature is what counts and it just doesn't...

Easy to use and install

Poor air flow into space

Disappointed

I have this in my home office which is only 135 sq ft. It should work like a champ. It is currently 89 degrees outside. The unit shows 83 degrees after running for 3 hours on AC mode when I set it to 73 degrees. The AC sounds and seems to push out...

Easy SETUP

Cooling, No container for water build up

Works very well

I'm quite happy. I got this unit a couple of weeks ago. I have a new media room obtained from a remodeling of the attic space above my garage. About 280 sq feet with cathedral ceiling, A/C was taken there during the remodeling but some more flow would...

Cools down pretty quickly

It is a bit noisy

Good AC. Are your expectations reasonable?

First of all, portable air conditioners will NEVER turn your apartment or garage into a refrigerator. Nor are they as efficient as window units. That being said, this unit cools my bedroom effectively, but I don't expect it to cool my whole apartment....

EXHAUST KIT EXTENDABLE TO 80 INCHES

No removable condensation reservoir, pain to empty

Excellent

Only one hose to install, comes with kit to put into your window.Easy to transport, very easy to install, took me only 5 mins, and only makes the same noise as a regular fan. Excellent buy!

Good AC for the money

I bought and installed this air conditioner on one of the hottest days of the summer - 37 degrees with a humidex of 46. It was easy to install, and easy to adjust to the size of my window. I installed this at 4:00 p.m. and within an hour the...

DPAC11012 Review

I just bought this A/C for a small apartment and it seems to do the job cooling the living area. The pros are it is easy to install, starts cooling right away, and has wheels to move it around. The downside it is kind of loud and you have to empty...
