I had bought a Haier 9,000 BTU portable air conditioner. It didn't cool worth a you know what. So, I looked online for something bigger. I wondered over the 11,000 and the 13,000. Deciding I'd rather be able to turn it down or off, rather than be hot....

Ease of use, Parts included, Remote, 80 ft exhaust tube, COLD

Nothing that I've found

My $20 box fan can do better

Heavy as hell, loud as hell & doesn't cool worth a d@mn... To call this thing an oversized paperweight would be an insult to paperweights! The pieces that came with didn't fit most of our windows. As for exactly how loud this thing was, with my...

It had wheels

Bought this unit on a 100 degree day, nobody else had anything in stock. Unboxed, installed window kit, and started up in just a few minutes. That part was easy.It ran most of the day and night, not hitting the target temperature. It was used in an air...

Bought this last week and returned it 3 days later. Ran it for 3 hours and the room temp dropped a whopping 3 degrees! My bedroom is less than 250 square feet. It claims to cool 550 square feet. I highly doubt it. It's noisy too. Terrible product....

Long/extended hose

Doesn't cool the room; too loud

Best portable I have owned to date

This is the best portable I've had so far. I bought a Contenental from McGuckin's followed by an Edgestar 15,500 BTU system. This one out performs them both by far, it's even been able to lower the room temp a degree or two in this 100+ heat wave we've...

Easy set, seperate intake and exhaust hose, works great

Instructions on how drainage works was unclear, cheesy windows kit

Big obnoxious waste of money

Well, never used a portable A/C unit before and don't think I will again. Easy to set up although It would not fit in my patio door as advertised so I put it in a window. even then it can only move about 36" from the window, so not that portable after...

Has lots of features

Doesn't fit patio door like it says it's designed for. Extremely loud while compressor is on, Short exhaust hose

Would be perfect if it worked

I bought this because my new apartment in a classic brownstone has a bay window in front and I'd prefer not to have a hulking A/C unit taking up the window all summer long. I thought this "windowless" unit was a good solution. And it would be if it...

Not much

Huge, loud, and doesn't cool the air one little bit

Great a/c for large rooms! OK heating

Got this a/c & heater combo unit about 1.5 years ago when our a/c on top floor of the house went out. We were able to ventilate it from back window in one room and the other unit we got, we ventilated into hole we cut into door of attic. Cools...

Easily hidden from outside view

Heater when it's below 40 degrees outside
