My tubing has all parted

I'm not happy at all and don't know if I can get a replacement tube for it. And it's so noisy at night. You can't hear the t.v. over it.

Good

good quality product serves the purpose and accurate BTU provided for the product.The dual function of cooling and heating is perfect for people renting in old houses that does not have appropriate ventilation and ducted heating.May recommend in areas...

This product is perfect for my lounge as it quickly cools it in a span of a minute.

It is too noisy. I do not mind during the day but it disturbs at night when asleep.
