I actually hooked up the exhaust to my sliding door in my apt. After a bit of effort the door resealed and turned on the unit it worked fantastic. gets too cold in apt sometimes and have to turn thermostat up to 76. I highly recommend this unit and have.

Bought this product for a condo that doesnt have central a/c and doesnt allow window units, it was meant for part time use only on the hottest of days(condo is beachside generally we get ocean breeze)
