GE makes junk.

 

I went through two of these.... they both stopped cooling after 20 mins. They are junk. GE must have had a bad series, but I am going somewhere else for a new a/c unit. [...]

Good product

 

Was great just slid old unit out of wall sleeve and slid new unit in. A little silicone around and ready to go. Cools wonderfully and fairly quiet which is good for the bedroom.

Good features

 

My unit is noisy, but other 2 reviews report it as quiet. Maybe I'll have mine looked at as it is still under warranty. Like the digital thermostat display.

Quiet, cool, composed...

 

Make sure you order the matching case to install the unit into. Put this in to replace a much larger unit, but it does the job wonderfully, and it is in the 90's out today.
