Excellent choice, I am very happy I exchange the Haier 5200 BTU for this air conditioner. No problems with installation, very satisfied with product.

well i will have to send this back because once it was installed and i turned it on it sounded like a lawn mower. so it apparently is defective. i am going to try one more time and get a even exchange. hopefully it will work.

Absolutely fantastic portable air conditioner. Very effective and quiet. European quality as opposed to the cheap Chinese finish which many unbranded or shop branded air conditioners have. I wish I had all of these instead of the ones which I purchased...

Electrolux 8000BTU

 

Cools very well quite quickly, and makes the air feel very, very comfortable. You have lots of control over the exact temperature, the air flow, the fan speed (or you can have the fan speed on auto too). It is also very quiet, especially on the low fan...

You can't use it if you misplace the remote control -- so keep the remote safe.
