Would not do again

 

if I did not buy this online it would have went back to the store.

cools a general area

huge size. loud as heck in any air level. directional air is horrible. air always points straight up no matter how you direct louvers. hot air leaks out of the connection to the unit for the air hose. poorly designed in my opinion. would not recommend...
