Terrible product, terrible customer support

 

The unit is loud, but that didn't bother me so much. And also the unit does not seem to accurately sense the room's temperature, but you can work around that too. As long as it blows cold air (which it does) who cares, right?Well unfortunately ...

Terrible product, terrible customer support

 

The unit is loud, but that didn't bother me so much. And also the unit does not seem to accurately sense the room's temperature, but you can work around that too. As long as it blows cold air (which it does) who cares, right?

Unit was installed and worked perfectly. For 5 minutes. After that the lights on the unit died but the lights on the plug stayed on. Reset/Test buttons on the plug worked fine. Breakers were fine. Customer service said to just return it. Second...
