Kenmore 8,000 BTU room Air Conditioner does the job

A couple of years ago we bought this air conditioner when it was on sale for $99. We recently sold it because we moved, but it worked great. Even though it was only for one room, because we were living in a two bedroom duplex it got most of our house...

This is a great window a/c. Its a little noisy but no more than others I've heard. I like the remote and the energy star setting which adjusts the cooling and fan powers as the room cools.
