LG - 12,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner - White LW1212ER

Love it. Never used the remote. Cooled half an 1100 sq/ft house with it. Never a problem with it. Electric bill did not go up with 2 of these instead of my central air.

I purchased this unit for my parents and it stopped working after a few weeks. well the fan worked but the unit would not blow cold air. it just ran up the electric bill.

This cools an L shaped room with one end containing the kitchen on the west side of a house in Houston TX. Overall size of the room is about 450 sqft.

This unit has the sound of a quality motor in comparison to our previous Frigidaire. When the thermostat turns the unit on, it is a gentle restart and the cooling is consistent. We love it.

The air conditioner cools my bottom floor (about 900 sq ft) with no problem. Consumer Reports was right. The value of the unit is well worth it!!

I have two of these AC Units. The first was purchased last summer, and is still working great over a year later. I am pleased with the cooling capacity, noise level, and energy efficiency.

I am very happy with this air conditioner. It is more quiet than our old unit and puts out cool air during the hottest of days. It took 2 men and a strong young man to install it, but I think that goes for most big window units.
