LG LW6014ER 6,000 Cooling Capacity (BTU) Window Air Conditioner

Easy to install, Operation dependable, cools easily 12x14 room. Some said fan too loud but I did not think it was as loud as some window AC

Operating Instructions very vague. So far no other problems

Units this small are frequently used in bedrooms or dens and it would be nice to have a quiet setting. That was one of the nicer features on my older Sharp unit. I am using it in a small office.

Nice looking and that's about all.

This is one of the loudest small AC units I have ever owned. I replaced a 10 year old Sharp 5K unit with this one. It is twice as loud and even at it's lowest fan speed it roars. The louvers are almost impossible to move and fell like they are stuck...

great product, price, and delivery

Very satisfied with product. I had previously purchased an LG air conditioner for another room and was pleased with it, so I figured stay with a good thing. Compact Appliance was very good to do business with. The free shipping was very quick., the...

AC works great/pretty great

The coldest setting (60*F) is cold. Its actually about 61*F. If this unit is set at 65* then the indoor temperature will be about 69*F. It only leaks water if the humidity gets above 55% or so, but not a lot. Not as much as other window ac units and it...

I purchased 4 months ago. Over the past month I noticed it not cooling quite as well as when it was new, to it not cooling at all. Of course it's out of the Home Depot 90 day return policy. So I called LG, the lady was going through the problem solving...

Bought 2; one is fine, 2nd sounds like it is dying (and doesn't cool)

So-so feelings about this. I needed two since I was moving to a new home without central-air. The one in the bedroom is fine (about a 14x16' room), but in the living room, which also gets a lot of sun, it's bad. About a week ago, a loud, uneven type...

Extremely efficient...a little noisy but you get used to it

After retiring an AC unit that was likely older than a kindergartener, I remembered what an acceptable level of cooling felt like. The unit was a little loud at first but, as with most noise in New York, you learn to get used to it.

Great deal

This product was a great purchase. It has the capacity to keep my entire first level of my home cool during an extremely hot summer.

Great unit

After reading some of the other reviews I was not expecting such a great unit. It cools down my 20x20 bedroom fast and projects cool air into the master-bath and hallway as well. I love the energy saver feature, which is basically a thermostat that...
