I can say that I am really happy with the lg ac it really cools your place specially with this hot weather we are having in LA.. My only concern was that when I opened the box the AC was not new like AMazon advertises I got it at a good price however...

Perfect AC, does everything is says it will. Was super easy to install and light enough for one person to do!

I have been absolutely please with this A/C. I previously had a 6500 BTU Maytag that was fair at best for my bedroom (approx. 12'x18'. The windows in here are pretty small, so pickins are pretty slim. This fit the bill with 1/16" or so to spare...

this unit uses less power than my 6 yr old smaller lg unit that was still running but had lost alot of its umpff i replaced it with . the 3 fan speeds are great . the only thing missing on the remote was the seperate energy saver button , thats nothing...
