Good

I love my LG aircon, its does what its supposed to - heats or cools, quickly as well. Would definately buy another one.

It wasnt expensive compared to other brands that do the same thing.

Have had it 4 years and it did break about 6months ago, was a split pipe in the machine however the warranty repairer came out within a week or so & it didnt cost me a cent. Aftersale service was great.

Excellent

As I now own a number of house and units I rent I had my share of problems with air cons.Touch wood I have not had a problem with the 6 LG units I have got.

These new units are great.Cooling and heating work very well.The deluxe controller is good and easy to work.The units are very quite and economical to run.

Good

LG's prvies model has had bad name but these 3 units we bougght are fine. they have kept our whole office area cool in summer. So far we hav not had any issues and hope they can last.

We bought B48AWY at late of 2008, three units, for our 300M2 office area and they have been performed well.
