This ac unit cost a lot of money and it could not even cool a small bedroom. I tried it for 3 weeks and had to get a window unit. There is so much heat from the back of the unit it cancels out the whole ac use. I finally had to buy hot and cold...

and Delonghi Customer Service said it'd be 24-48 hours to hear from someone at corporate. Been a week and a day now!!! Don't buy this product!!!

Researched unit and found a mix of good and bad. First unit was very noisy and contacted Delonghi to confirm this. Replaced unit and the new one seems to be doing fine. Use for cooling, fan and dehumidifier and so far no issues like pooling water that...

Assume that it's been sitting on its side while it was shipped to you, and leave it sitting upright for a day before turning it on. And read the directions.

The air conditioner has a nice design but the unit we received did not cool effectively the room. We therefore had to exchange it for another unit and were very disappointed.

Buy from local store and check location of service center.

Really puts out the cool air!
