Poor Packaging skills...

Newegg needs to know how to properly package their items. The bottom half of the box was soaking wet with oil/lubricate. The entire box was falling apart. Once I cut the two nylon straps, the entire box fell apart. Newegg just slapped a UPS shipping...

This air conditioner is cold and powerful ; In a matter of minutes, I was extremely cold (70F) while outside was a scorching 100F ; Great air conditioner, easy to use, easy to put together

For some reason, when I opened the box, the entire unit was covered in oil ; For its size, this air conditioner is loud ; Its almost the same decibel as what you'd hear in your auto mechanic's shop
