I love being able to hear the monitor mix in my ear. I use a passive noise blocking earbud on the side of my head that faces the drums for our church worship band. I keep the ear that is pointed away from drums open to hear what's going on around me....

It is very small and gets the job done! I bought a condenser microphone for my camcorder, but didn't realize that my camcorder didn't have (supply?) phantom power. So, I bought the behringer PS400. I'm very happy with the product.

Great personal monitor

This gadget has stereo in for your monitor mix & a passthrough for you mic so you can get the overall mix set then add in your mic to get the "more me" setting. It's simple & easy to use. Works great.
