Bought this for ageing parents-in-law and on arrival the CD did work. The supplier was excellent and sent a nw immediately without waiting for old one returned. After a month it failed the CD again so got refund. Again supplier excellent.

Lack quality. The turntable was extremely loose and difficult to keep balanced. The CD portion did not work when activated. Returned system for replacement. Thus far, not pleased with this product.

This cd player worked exactly seven times and now will not function. I am waiting to find out what kind of exchange/return I will get through amazon. What a disappointment - I gave a gift that does not work.

Bought the M110 and it broke shortly after the one-year warranty expired. Customer Service was unhelpful; they just said to take it into any radio repair shop. They do not have authorized repair facilities in Canada; don't know about other countries.

Bought 2 of these from asda.One never worked and the other died after 3 days.Absolute rubbish. Grundig were most unhelpful.The woofer was absolutely noisy.We new Grundig as a great German co. when we were young ,but no more .Keep far far away
