this mp3 player sucks

This item is the worse item Eclipse should be ashamed of their sorry for a excuse for products and should go out of business.. Yes, i know this is a very harsh review even though i did not buy this item from NewEgg.com who is my number 1 goto online...

The pros: is it plays music and transfur music from your computer through usb. but thats all.

I had one of these i got from wally world. and i had it about two months IT WAS THE WORSE BUY EVER!. Do your self a favor and boycot this item because its nothing but trash. It skips when playing a music track, and will shut off and restart with out...

don't waste your money

I've ordered a replacement, this little things days are numbered before I throw it out the window....

it was cheap

The display is tiny and contrast sucks. The control buttons are not easily distinguishable by touch. I use this mainly in my car and try to skip/fwd/rpt without looking, not as easy as it should be. The charge life is no where near the advertised 6...

Sorry Eclipse - not this time...

I've purchased other Eclipse Mp3 players and they were excellent. Really, really disappointed in this one.

Small, actually too small. Decent sound. Cheap price but not worth it.

Display is so little you can barely read it. Even with "reader" glasses I had a hard time. Battery only lasts 1-2 hours on a full charge.

Does exactly what I needed it to do.

If you are on a budget this could easily be for you. If you are looking for small and light again, give it a try.

Quick out of the box operation. I plugged into my desktop and it opened right up as an additional drive on WIN XP Pro and still works with no issues using WIN 8.1 Pro. As an older user, I do have to get my reading glasses out when I want to do more...

I can't really think of any. It has worked every time I turn it on and I only ask an hour or so of it a day typically. So I can't speak to battery life. Once plugged into a laptop or other system it takes its power from there and it is not an issue.

A Simple Player for a Simple Job

I bought this player to play MP3s in my car. It was simple to load, holds a ton of music, and so far has worked well. I didn't want anything fancy or expensive and this little player fit the bill.

Save your Money

Look elsewhere for a mp3 player.

Eventually plays music. USB file copy. Only paid $20.

Took 18 hours to transfer 4GB of data. The manual is in a bizarre format and is very hard to read. The controls on the player are very confusing and not well thought out. I still do not know how to turn it off.
