use it in our bedroom. even at low volume sound is terrific

I play some music CDs on it as well as music from my MP3 player, but I mainly bought it for CDs with speaking and I find it perfect for that. The bass is great but I find it a bit weak in some cases, but it more than makes up for it in great clarity....
