Record player

Bought this as a birthday gift. It was very well received! Obviously the sound is not brilliant but it wasn't bought for the sound quality. It looks the part, works well, & we finally have the chance to get some of the old vinyl out! Great !

Looks great, sound not so much

Loved the looks of the player, most of the reviews were not bad. So could not wait for the player to be delivered. The actual product looks even better. Good sturdy quality casing, only the sound is way off. Very "flat", no power and it scrambles the...

Birthday Pressie - fab as expected!

I bought this record player for my husband's birthday. We had a deck but it had to be hooked up to speakers etc, and so of course it was never gonna happen. I bought this record player which is great because all you need to do is plug it in. Of course...

Looks the mutts but needs more umph!

After waiting an extraordinarily long time to get it delivered (amazon's fault not the third party retailer) I finally got my hands on the Steepletone.

Present

Brought this as a present for my son and he is thrilled to bits with it. it sounds great and after reading about the volume on other reviews i find its ok, doesnt need to be any louder really. really pleased with it.

Brilliant

i really do think that the sound quality depends on the quality and age of the records you play.

Looks great but sounds?

This Steepletone record player really looks the business. Of all the ones that are currently on the market this is the closest to what record players used to look like in the 60's. For nostalgia in looks this really does do it as a talking point in...

Excellent record player

We purchased this primarily because we still have a stack of old 45s and LPs and no record deck to play them on. Also, we liked the nostalgic look of the player. Typical 1960s/1970s design. The sound from the deck is very good and the player itself...

Just Fantastic

The idea of buying this record player was to take me back to my youth, & all the 45s that I have from the early 60s & all the great LPs which were just gathering dust in the loft, & I felt it was time to dust them down, & play them.
