I live in a row house surrounded by tall buildings and only fleetingly have cell phone service; but I have radio. And the sound is very good too for such a small instrument. And I like the retro style combined with push-button convenience.

Our radio has great sound quality, even on our deck outside. The remote is wonderful. Love the fact it plays MP3's besides cd's.

Love this radio, except for one thing! The blue light that comes on when the radio is playing. It's very bright and keeps me awake for several minutes sometimes hours. I'm trying to figure out how to dim it....
