Great phone, but Boost Mobile customer service lacks. Very hard to talk to a human being. The 800# is like being on a merry-go-round. Unless you're setting up your service. And online access gives little opions.

It freezes, and had bad internet. Other than that, I love it. The keyboard, email, and facebook are addicting! I'm considering updating to a better service/model.
