However, there's a decent set of video features on board, such as the now customary 1080/24p output, Deep Colour support (useful if the industry ever releases any content), a 150MHz/12-bit video DAC and playback of DivX, MP3 and JPEG files from DVDs...

The Sharp BD-HP52U Blu-ray player delivers an excellent Blu-ray picture and does a good job of upconverting standard-definition DVDs, but it lacks some of the features that you get with less-expensive players.

Though 3D Blu-ray players don't come any cheaper than the NS-WBRDVD3, this model's unexceptional image quality and sparse Internet options make it less of a bargain than it appears to be.
