LG BD630

The LG BD630 is the entry level model in its immensely popular blu-ray player lineup for 2011. While it does not boast of cutting edge features such as 3D playback or built-In Wi-Fi, the BD630 is nonetheless refined and well built. Complete with vivid...

The LG BD630 may not be revolutionary, but is a consummate blu-ray player with simple yet practical features. Furthermore, its outstanding and smooth performance is not undermined by its relatively affordable price. If you are looking for a basic entry...

Great DVD Player

My first Blu-ray player is a great machine. Upon opening the box I realized I had a unit that was designed with quality in mind. It plays my older DVDs perfectly. I have also played back my PC video files [AVI, MKV and MP4] with acceptable results. It...

Netflix ready device

Slim device with usable remote. Happy with the purchase.

Can use your Netflix, YouTube, etc. accounts. The Netflix account isn't crippled, like on some DVRs, but lets you search for titles, see categories, etc ; Has a USB port for a flash drive or external HD, to view photos, etc

Not wireless and no way to upgrade to use wifi. (Tried using a USB-wifi AP, and player displays message "ERROR" and auto-shuts off.)

Plays everything

Plays everything including MP4 (H264), AVI (VXID, DIVX), MPEG 1,2, and 3 ts, m2ts, mkv, wmv

None really other than price is high here. Available elsewhere for $85. I own 3

Only One Problem

I hate the fact it's not wifi, therefore I have to have this cord running across my floor to the back of the player to access Netflix. Beyond that it's a pretty good buy.

I just bought this machine recently and have been putting it to the test. DVD's play very well and the menus are easy to navigate. I chose this over another brand because it had Component video which was missing on the other unit. Not everyone wants to...

LG BD630

I just got this player a few weeks back and so far it has worked like a dream for me. I am not hooked to the internet with it, but it serves the purpose I bought it for very well, and that is of course to watch movies in High Definition. I reccomend it...

LG BD630

The BD630 is an entry level player from LG. The player is quite easy to use for BluRay, DVD and online services. Included with this player are Netflix, Vudu, CinemaNow and YouTube online services. Netflix and Vudu seem to work great playing back...

My first blu-ray player, this works great right out of the box. The picture and audio quality is amazing, start time to plays blu-ray disc is really fast. For me the best feature on this player is the USB, so far it has played every file I have thrown...
