Power itself off

I like Samsung products. This BD player reproduces nice quality movies and great sound whenever it is running

Power goes off at random, even while it's playing a movie. Upgrade firmware to the latest revision but luck. Now I am sending this defective unit back to Newegg. I'm pretty upset because now I have paid for shipping to send it back
