Samsung BD-D7500 3D Blu-ray Player Reviewed

The Samsung BD-7500 Blu-ray player has been designed to provide user with all the latest features, which includes 3D, even going so far as to offer 2D to 3D conversion, as well as many other features....

The BD-D7500 supports 3D playback, when mated with other 3D-capable components ; The player has internal decoding and bitstream output of high-resolution audio sources ; It supports BD-Live and BonusView Blu-ray features ; You can wirelessly connect...

The BD-D7500 lacks dual HDMI outputs to send separate signals to your 3D TV and A/V receiver ; It also lacks multichannel analog audio outputs, so it's not the best choice for someone who owns an older, non-HDMI A/V receiver ; There's no advanced...

The BD-D7500 ($349.99) is designed for someone who wants all of the hottest Blu-ray features in a more attractive case. Its lack of a second HDMI output, as well as multichannel analog audio outputs, means it's best mated with a new 3D-capable A/V...

Samsung BD-D7500 review

This achingly petite BD player claims to be the world's smallest Blu-ray player and it's more of a lifestyle statement than a traditional AV component. Available in trendy silver or gloss black, it's a remarkable example of ‘Harry Potter' engineering.

Slim design; wall-mountable; integrated wi-fi

Uneven media streaming file support; poor cable access

Samsung BD-D7500 Blu-ray Player

We spend the night in with the Samsung BD-D7500 Blu-ray player – being touted by its makers as the world's thinnest….

It might be the world’s slimmest Blu-ray player, but the Samsung BD-D7500 still manages to pack a big punch. With excellent 3D and wireless capabilities – not to mention the stunning design – we think the BD-D7500 will keep you happy for quite some time.

After hours of trying to get help from Samsung support with no resolution, I threw it in the trash. They offered to send me a new one, I don't want it. Found something else made by some one else. Don't buy this Junk

The two times it worked it was exceptional

Junk, played Blue Ray 3D disks twice, third time it was DOA, Will not play anything

This player has problems

When I checked online I discovered that I was one of the lucky owners who had this player work well for four months. Others have had to same problem right out of the box.

This player looks great, has great features, and for 4 months it worked great. The only problem I had with it was in playing a couple of older DVDs, one of which I had recorded

After 4 months the player refused to play any disc, producing the error message "Cannot read this disc" for any inserted DVD and "Cannot play this disc. The disc does not meet the specifications" for any inserted Blu-ray disc
