appallingly bad and unreliable

 

Bought in December 2013. Recording is completely unreliable - maybe half the programs actually record, despite it saying at the time that it is recording. The TV guide often does not work, despite my TV and Panasonic TV guide on other HDD working fine...

In theory it has lots of smart features, but they are often slow or don;t work at all.

See above - toally unreliable and incredibly frustrating.

We are also having problems with the Samsung player. The recording feature is pretty hopeless and unreliable. I would guess that only half the programmes I try to record actually do - otherwise they are just blank files on the hard drive with no...

Not many pros to be honest.
