Update on my previous review

Appears Samsung's quality control is dropping at an alarming rate. I own several Samsung products and thought about investing in one of their newer TVs. I doubt very seriously I will now

Still faster than my old Panasonic in load time

After warranty repair - does not play regular DVD's ; I so hate wasting my time, energy and money, not to say this particular product cost me a bundle, but it's the principal

Quit working after 10 movies

Not pleased at all

Faster than my Panasonic in loading time

Quit playing any type of disc after about 10 movies. Bought it 1/12/2015 and didn't actually use it until a month ago

Poor Performance

Streaming feature was smooth when it worked

Made loud Buzzing Sounds when it played DVD's ; Would not play MKV files despite the product description

love this

Works perfectly . Video and sound quality are top notch . Streaming services all work smoothly and the video and audio quality is really high . This player packs a whole lot of features for a great price

The biggest problem is that the Opera store stinks and really adds nothing to this bluray player

Good, inexpensive multimode player

Does everything I need it to for a very affordable price. Easily streamed media from my computer via DLNA.

Plays blu-ray, dvd, netflix, prime instant video, hulu+, DLNA, and more ; Small and sleek ; Wi-fi and wired networking ; Inexpensive ; Playback looks great through HDMI out ; Good configuration for aspect ratio preferences

Navigation buttons on remote are crowded, making navigation a little bit cumbersome ; Interface is occasionally a little laggy

Great bluray player for the money

I picked up this bluray player because I like the Samsung brand, and because the price was good. I didn't have much expectations beyond playing blurays and doing bitstream audio to my AVR. I was totally wrong, because this thing is awesome! While it...

AnyNet+ interface is great for casting ; Ability to convert to DolbyDigital or DTS on the fly ; Plays DLNA content over my network ; Fast power-on time ; Netflix Dolby Digital+ works great

Only HDMI, no component or composite. This is pretty minor ; The arrow keys on the remote are hard to find if it's dark. It'd be nice if one of them had a bump like I've felt on other remotes

This player has great features.

What a relief to have one player that will do all I want it to do. Good-by to two old players. When you have a manufacturer that puts thought into what they build and then makes it easy to use------ IT IS A WINNER!

Bright display , Inexpensive , Durable , Realistic color , Lightweight

Excellent player

I found the player to be easy to set up and connect to my tv. The only thing I would like is if it had more apps. It connect to the WiFi easily.

Bright display , Inexpensive
