My PS3 broke and i was given this bluray player from a friend. I would never recommend it to anyone , this is one terrible player if you can even call it that. 15 minutes to load Inception and it still wont play. Stay away from this unit! Loud , slow...

Cheap - Theres a reason for that

Slowest load times ive ever seen, 10 minutes to load a disc, cd tray is super flimsy (feels like its going to break just taking a disc out). Slow response from remote and using menu actions. Loud while loading discs

Great picture & sound, plays both Blue Ray and HD-DVD, great picture, great upscaling of DVD, ethernet port for firmware updates, shiny black finish

Acceptable unit if you never need service. My experiences with Samsung support has been astoundingly inept.
