Nice unit!!!

I use this unit in our game room. The unit is a perfect fit. This unit has all the features I need. One improvement would be that Sony should enable the different modes to display on the TV screen rather that just on the face of the unit.

Great system...easy to use!!

Love the surround sound system, and all the bonus features of the Sony Pandora and Netflix! The surround sound has a lot of different sound modes to choose from, including "night" which is great for when I go to bed and my husband is...

It works

The sound is ok, but it can't compete with a dedicated receiver...the ONKYO 7.1 sound system has a much richer fuller sound. The included cables are 7 feet for the center, 10 feet for the front left/rigtht, and about 33 feet for the rear. I have 10...

All in one box does almost everything. Plays Blu-Ray, DVD, FM Radio (a little akward to save stations, read the manual). Has the ability to delay the audio relative to the video; I had to use this to keep the audio in sync with the picture from the...

There are no dedicated buttons to change the source; have to repeatedly push the function button...more than 6 times at slow pace (once per second) to cylce through every thing. The display on on the sloped part, so it can't be seen from the couch. ...

Real theater experience

This pairs with my new Sony HD TV seamlessly. It works together like it is a single entity. As such, I very much recommend pairing this with a modern Sony HD TV. Many settings happen automatically depending on what media and situation you are using....

Great sound. Outstanding integration with Sony TV

Flimsy stands, not really adjustable

Going back to Roku 2...

I bought this in place of the new Roku 2XS but now I am going to return and order the Roku. I saw the Sony and thought I would have a little more diversity. Something a little different from Roku. However, I can't seem to get the wireless connection to...

Blue Ray Player is great

Streaming is really bad. Set up is a nightmare. Instruction manual makes it worse. Start up takes forever

an excellent home theater system

This home theater in a box was an easy setup and worked perfectly right out of the box. The unit connected with the rear wireless speakers immediately even though the unit is setup inside of an entetainment center (well ventilated). The wi fi also...

Disappointed, to say the least

I purchased this model on Amazon because I wanted the wireless rear speaker set-up. A unit is positioned in the back of the room which needs to be plugged in. This, in turn, is connected by wires to two rear speakers. The wireless part is the...

Probably the least expensive wireless rear speaker set-up

Great for studio apartments

I live in a small studio apartment. The living space portion of my apt where I have this set up is about 12x20. Obviously in this small space this system is fantastic. I didn't so much want a surround system for loudness but for the surround sound...

Great for smaller rooms

One usb slot in back, no built in wifi, no built in memory

Just doesn't work

The Best part about this system is the sound, the rest goes downhill from there. The sound dropped out on my cable box audio-in connection consistently, sometimes the entire box needed to be unplugged and plugged back in to get it working again. The...

Great sound, 2 HDMI Inputs

Sound drops out, System Freezes, Updates freeze, Unattractive Menu
