Too Many Firmware Updates

 

I just installed the latest firmware update from sony, 3.6. Still the Chris Botti b-ray jazz disc, another sony product will not play. Incompatible region. What the hell does that mean? You wouldn't believe all the lame excuses the sony on-line techs...
