Decent throughput ; long range ; compact and practical design ; USB port for print serving ; intuitive Web interface makes setup and maintenance a snap ; while not exactly lifetime, the warranty is generous

Easy to set up and maintain ; fast throughput ; 128-bit encryption ; 24-7 phone support

Like all notebook adapters, the Buffalo AirStation Nfiniti notebook adapter is a snap to install and connect. With the Nfiniti router, it showed impressive performance as compared to other Draft N pairs.
Because the Nfiniti router supports only mixed-mode operation, you can't get throughput as fast as those that offer single-mode operation. Regardless, the numbers are still well off the maximum throughput stated by the first draft of the 802.11n spec.
While the Buffalo AirStation Nfiniti notebook adapter made a good showing in mixed-mode throughput testing, we still think it's too early to invest in Draft N technology.

The AirStation WZR-G108 is faster than G and supereasy to configure and secure but slower than the Pre-N competition.

Inexpensive ; easy to use ; four wired Ethernet ports are more than most gateways offer
Rudimentary firewall protection ; short warranty
Home networkers will like this inexpensive and easy-to-use gateway that supports multiple networking technologies, but if security's an issue, you'll want to add better firewall protection.
